SDCTA Recommendations to City of San Diego on Water Reuse, Diversification of Water Supply

The San Diego County Taxpayers Association has reviewed the Water Reuse Study and we recommend that the City conduct an updated independent fiscal analysis of the water reuse study's NC-3 Strategy [North City Mix w/ San Vicente indirect potable reuse (IPR)].
