SDCTA Opposes "Crash Taxes"

In the midst of revenue declines, several local governments throughout the nation have resorted to charging for accident responses: police, fire, ambulances, etc. These fees, dubbed "crash taxes", are intended to be a type of user fee, imposed on those that use the services.
