SDCTA 2016 Board Approved ICOC Best Practices

The following list of observed best practices reflect the experience of the San Diego County Taxpayers Association's (SDCTA) participation in dozens of oversight committees over the past decades. One of these committees preceded the passage of Proposition 39, which mandates oversight for bond funded projects in K-12 schools and community colleges.
