2021-2022 School Bond Review Process

The Association regularly reviews its criteria and processes in evaluating school bond proposals, and after extensive conversations amongst our membership and the stakeholders in this process, this updated process and criteria provides school districts, soliciting the endorsement of the San Diego County Taxpayers Association for a general obligation bond proposition, with guidance as to how to prepare their request, as well as the criteria the Association will use to formulate a decision.
