SDCTA Escondido Sales Tax Increase Policy Paper

The San Diego County Taxpayers Association SUPPORTS the Escondido Citizen’s Initiative.

The Association supports this measure to finance critical needs in the community, but because the city will continue to face a structural deficit, the Association also recommends to Escondido’s leadership that serious structural change must occur.
