SDCTA SUPPORTS the bond proposal from Ramona Unified School District.  SDCTA believes this agency has demonstrated its immediate and urgent needs to be financed, but has structural deficits that must be addressed.  This agency may lack a sufficient tax base to adequately finance the needs expressed by its community.
