Municipal Analysis of the City of Encinitas

SDTEF periodically conducts reviews of municipal agencies in San Diego County. This is to provide taxpayers and the general public some basic information about their local governments. This report, like other municipal reviews, summarized a shared and validated baseline information for all stakeholders so that public policy recommendations by any organizations, including SDCTA, can be based on well-researched and factual findings. The Municipal Review of the City of Encinitas was conducted by SDTEF in preparation for SDCTA’s review of the Encinitas Cannabis Business Tax.
