School Bond Transparency Report Card (2023)
Schools should be as transparent as possible with their bond program information and how they are allocating funds, so the purpose of this report is to evaluate whether San Diego schools with active bond programs are meeting the standards of transparency. Following a positive trend from the two most recent years, there has been an increase in average scores from the districts compared to the 2022 report card.
However, there is still much work to be done by many districts in expanding the scope of their performance reviews to enhance overall transparency. SDCTA would like to invite the districts who have not conducted this to meet with the Association to see how we can assist with the process.
