SDCTA School Bond Transparency Report Card Criteria

Each year, the San Diego County Taxpayers Association® assesses the transparency of school districts on the sharing of information relating to their active bond programs. The document below contains the list of criteria that is used to conduct this grading.

Note: This current version of the criteria is different than the list used for the 2023 Transparency Report Card, and for all years prior. The recent updates reformatted the criteria into several categories, changed certain language to clarify intent, and added several new criteria to the list.
